Blue Earth Capital AG appoints Philipp Müller as Chief Executive Officer

Baar-Zug, Switzerland, April 15, 2025

Blue Earth Capital AG, a global leader in impact investing with over $ 1.5 billion in assets under management, announces the appointment of Philipp Müller as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Mr. Müller will join Blue Earth Capital AG from BlueOrchard Finance Ltd where he served as CEO since 2020, having joined the company in 2018. Under his leadership, BlueOrchard grew to manage over $ 5 billion in assets under management, investing across more than 100 countries and supporting over 300 million people in emerging and frontier markets by improving access to financial and related services.

Prior to BlueOrchard, Mr. Müller was Senior Vice President of Investment Solutions at Partners Group, where he oversaw investment strategies and tailored solutions for institutional clients. He holds an MBA from ETH Zurich and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Zurich.

Mr. Müller will assume the CEO role in October, following a search process led by Blue Earth Capital’s Board of Directors.
