Thomas Lee joined Blue Earth Capital in 2021 and has 10+ years of industry experience. Before joining Blue Earth Capital, Thomas spent 5 years at New Island Capital, a large impact investment firm based in San Francisco, where he invested growth equity in companies primarily in the renewable energy and sustainable consumer sectors.
Prior to New Island Capital, Thomas spent 2 years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where he advised companies on M&A and capital markets transactions, with a focus on clean technology and renewables. Thomas holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
