Sophia Xu joined Blue Earth Capital in 2022 and has over three years of experience in the social impact sector. Prior to joining Blue Earth Capital, her work at nonprofit organizations focused on education and child-development in underserved communities in the United States, Hong Kong and mainland China.
Sophia holds a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Hong Kong and a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Yale University.
