Irati Piña Olariaga

Irati joined Blue Earth Capital in 2025. Before joining, Irati worked at BMASI, a strategic consulting firm, where she supported strategy and due diligence projects across industrial automation, health-tech, and education sectors. Prior to that, she gained experience in the banking industry at Deutsche Bank. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management in Digital Environments from the University of Deusto and completed an exchange semester in Brazil focused on international business and sustainability.
